Customer experience highlighted: the treatment of stretchmarks

Stretch marks are growth strokes or also called welts on the skin. These can arise if someone grows quickly or gains weight quickly and then loses it again. This condition is also common during pregnancy. The stripes can be experienced as disfiguring and even lead to insecurity. In some cases striae can be treated. It is true that we are not able to remove the marks and stripes for the full 100%, but we can significantly reduce the visibility (in certain cases) with various treatments. Note: we can only treat stretch marks when they are still ‘young’ and therefore ‘red’.

Today we share the experience of Lisa (19 years). Lisa’s stretch marks were still young and in that case there is still a lot to be achieved therapeutically. The stretch marks were red and still active which makes treatment easier and we have achieved a good result. Lisa is treated with IPL, Clearlift and the fractional laser.

Skin therapist Anne about the treatment of Lisa: “It was sometimes a bit sore to Lisa, but together we got through it. Lisa also saw quick results, which kept her motivated. Normally, a course of treatments takes much longer but with Lisa we were achieved so much after 2 IPL treatments, 5 clearlifts and a fractional treatment that she did not need further therapy. “

Lisa (19 years old) shared the following with us about her treatments:

“I came to KNAP by searching on google what I could do on my stretch marks. I did nothing about my skin for this. I am still quite young so I find it unnecessary to have things done for my skin. I have had laser treatments for my striae for my thigh. After 3 treatments I certainly noticed a difference, as you can see in the photos. Anne was very sweet and took the time. Unfortunately striae never goes away, but I am very satisfied with the result! And that after such a short period!

We have had different lasers. The use of the IPL was a bit sore, but after a while I got used to the feeling. I did not feel anything from the Clearlift treatment. And then came the fractional laser. During the treatment I did not feel anything but after the treatment I was literally in fire. Since it is on the inside of my legs we had to cover it with gauze. I also had to smear it from Anne, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to do this because it was so sensitive.

The recovery went well. I kept in good contact with Anne. Only after the Erbium laser I had a few days of ‘trouble’. It started to itch very badly after 2/3 days. Only that same evening of the treatment I had a lot of trouble.

I am more confident in my daily life now. Of course you keep seeing it, but now that things are much less visible, I wear shorter shorts in the summer.

The method of KNAP was nice, they were all very sweet! Anne was the only one who treated me and that felt very safe.

If you are not sure to have your stretch marks treated, then I want to tell you to not hesitate. If you want to do something therapeutically, you really have to do it! As you can see, you have quite a lot of results. If you hesitate, come to a consultation with Anne. She gives the best advice to choose a treatment that is suitable for your problem “.

Do you have stretch marks and would you like to do something about this? Then make an appointment for a free and non-obligatory consultation so that the skin therapist can see which treatments are needed in your case and which price tag applies in your case.
